We ship worldwide with reliable carriers. Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times

• Italy: 3–5 business days
• European Union: 5–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships (usually within 24–48 hours of purchase).

Customs duties

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

1. Email us at Support@monvixinc.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the product in its original packaging in good condition.
4. Ship the package to the address we will provide.
5. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the product.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in original condition.
• The packaging and all accessories must be included.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used.

2-year warranty

All Monvix devices are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of malfunction, contact us at Support@monvixinc.com and we will arrange a free replacement.
