Welcome to Monvix. By using our website and purchasing our products, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Seller identity

2. Subject of the contract

These terms govern the sale of the Monvix pain-relief device and its accessories through the website monvixinc.com.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US Dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment is made at the time of the order through the methods available on our payment processor.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation by email from Monvix Inc.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

6. Warranty

Monvix offers a 2-year legal warranty of conformity on manufacturing defects and an additional commercial warranty. Any defects must be reported to Support@monvixinc.com.

7. Usage warnings

Monvix is a wellness device and is not a substitute for medical advice. Do not use during pregnancy, with a pacemaker, epilepsy or other medical conditions without first consulting a doctor.

8. Limitation of liability

Monvix Inc shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from improper use of the device. Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, logo, brand) is owned by Monvix Inc and protected by copyright laws.

10. Dispute resolution

For any disputes, the Court of Rome has jurisdiction. Consumers may also turn to the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
